Over the years more than 120 people have worked for me, none any better than Traci Alexander.  In fact, in many ways she has been the best.  She is qualified for ministry educationally with a Doctorate in Biblical Education.  More importantly, she is sincerely committed to Christ.  She knows the Word of God and the God of the Word.  On a personal level, Traci is sweet-spirited, impeccably honest, hard-working, caring and gracious.  She is genuinely concerned with the needs of others.  I have known her to spend considerable time praying with hurting people.  Her real love in ministry is meeting the needs of women.  I believe she will be greatly successful in this needed work.
